Online Policy & Procedures Manual: Accountancy Firms only.

Due to the ever changing face of legislation we have created a Policy and Procedures Manual for accountancy firms that sets out best practice for compliance with all aspects of the anti money laundering legislation.

For a small annual fee you will be able to access a dynamically updated document – print a copy or simply refer to the online version as and when the need arises.

We have subscribed to the MLRO Policy and Procedures Manual which we are now using to improve our own procedures. The manual has proved invaluable and is an excellent reference source. Shaw Mitchell & Co, November 2011.

Terms and Conditions of service – please note that when this form is submitted it implies agreement with all the applicable terms and conditions set out below:

General:

  1. All published material on the MLRO Support web site and various newsletter publications remain the copyright of MLRO Support Ltd.
  2. The contents of this web site and newsletters cannot be reproduced in part or in whole with an intention to resell this information to third parties.
  3. MLRO Support reserves the right to increase subscriptions at any time after the first anniversary date of the subscription.
  4. A completed Registration Form implies full agreement with all our Terms and Conditions.
  5. MLRO Support will not dispose of its email lists or otherwise use Customer contact information other than to facilitate delivery of the services supplied.
  6. We will commence billing in the first month of subscription.

 

MLRO Support provide the 2nd opinion service and the online Policy & Procedures manual for accountants subject to the disclaimers issued with each service.

2nd Opinion services:

  1. This agreement is subject to cancellation by either party giving due notice to the other in writing. The subscription will deem to cease no earlier than 1 year from the date invoiced subscriptions commence. After 1 year, subscriptions will cease three months from the date of receipt of the written notice of cancellation delivered by mail, fax or email to MLRO Support Ltd.

Policy & Procedures Manual – accountants only:

  1. MLRO Support will update the manual on an as needed basis consistent with changes to legislation and accepted best practice. The changes are included in the annual subscription.
  2. This agreement is subject to cancellation by either party giving due notice to the other in writing. The subscription will deem to cease no earlier than 1 year from the date invoiced subscriptions commence.
  3. The service will be invoiced annually in advance.
